With around 170 employees, JuCare is one of the larger organisations in the region with locations in Cologne, Bonn, Troisdorf, Brühl, Rheinbach and Sinzig.
Children, adolescents and young adults as well as their families receive individually tailored services in the areas of autism therapy, school inclusion and educational support.
The foundations of the (curative) educational and psychological work at JuCare are based on the model pluralism of the human image of humanistic psychology, the resulting principles of action and the bio-psychosocial model as a developmental model.

Our History
2014
Foundation of JuCare GbR and the first premises as a business and practice centre in Siegburg. JuCare GbR became a provider of child and youth welfare services for the city and district youth welfare offices of the Rhein-Sieg district
2015
Opening of the practice and office in Bonn with 15 employees. In addition to child and youth welfare, JuCare was able to launch the new concept of autism therapy and an innovative and special range of specialist school support services
2016
Demand increased in the area of autism therapy and school support and JuCare expanded to 40 employees. Further locations were added in Rheinbach and Sinzig. The head office of JuCare GbR was relocated to Sinzig
2017
Due to the high demand and needs, the focus and specialisation on autism-specific support and therapy services took place. Another location was added in Brühl as an autism competence centre. JuCare GbR grew to 70 employees.
The expansion of digitalisation and IT infrastructure was an essential and innovative part of JuCare’s organisational development. In-house IT developed its own documentation and billing software tailored to the organisation’s specific work processes. JuCare is committed to the quality of school support as a new field of work in the context of school inclusion and is establishing a nationwide working group with cooperation partners – school support

Due to the increasing demand in the area of school support, the internal training and further education needs of the school support staff also grew, as they came and still come from different educational fields. For this reason, a training centre was founded in Troisdorf and JuCare now had a total of 110 employees
2019
JuCare became a founding member of the newly founded Bundesfachverband Schulbegleitung e.V. Another autism competence centre was opened in Cologne
2020 - 2022
During the difficult lockdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic, JuCare was able to maintain the provision of services and care for children, young people and their families. The well-developed digital infrastructure made it possible to support and care for clients even with little or no personal contact. At that time, JuCare employed 140 staff members
2023
Quality-assuring internal training increased. The demand for external training courses also grew. The Academy was founded as a further training and development division. The consequence of this was an expansion of the training centre at the Troisdorf site
2024
JuCare GbR was transformed into JuCare GmbH & Co. KG and now employs 170 people. JuCare is a permanent partner for a total of 54 service providers in the region. Thanks to the management’s professional and personal connections to Vienna, a project idea was born to offer the successful work beyond the borders of Germany.
The services offered by JuCare have also convinced the service providers there. The JuCare Vienna/Austria branch was officially founded in January 2024
