Our Core Values

After a re-branding, JuCare was founded in 2014 as a company to provide and offer services for people with autism and their families.

The fact that JuCare is run as a private and independent company has always been important and a guiding principle. These aspects are all the more important now that JuCare has developed into a large and complex company.

JuCare is characterized by modern and innovative social management, efficient and flexible service provision and a high level of expertise and competence.

With over 170 employees at seven locations, JuCare offers not only autism-specific therapy but also specialist school support, educational assistance and further training for professionals.

JuCare and the Autism Spectrum

JuCare has deliberately chosen the term “Autism Competence Centers” for its various locations as places where, on the one hand, competent support services are provided and, on the other hand, people with autism can and should contribute their skills, perspectives and their “way of being”.

In addition to acting with confidence in the implementation of high-quality support services, JuCare is always concerned with understanding the “individual autism” of the person who turns to us for help and working with them to find a common path to needs-based change. We work together with them to find a way to make changes that meet their needs.

One of our basic principles is to build a good and trusting (working) relationship with the person with autism and their relatives so that they can return to independence and autonomy as quickly as possible.

the qualitative corporate philosophy

JuCare and the Quality of Work

Even though JuCare has experienced strong growth in recent years, the quality of its work takes precedence over quantity and the consistent safeguarding and further development of professional and operational expertise represents another fundamental value in the company’s philosophy.

JuCare has created various quality development and assurance tools for this purpose.

social psychology and the importance of participation

JuCare and the Common Good

“There is no question in our lives that does not require the development of a sense of community.”
– Alfred Adler

The founder of individual psychology, which was and is formative for today’s social psychology and is strongly linked to pedagogy, made it clear with his quote over 100 years ago how important it is for people to develop a sense of community in order to be able to live in appreciation of themselves and their environment.

Achieving this state is a lifelong development task and represents a value in itself for us, which we want to treat with care, especially in this day and age. Grateful for our entrepreneurial success, which we have achieved through ourselves but also in society/community, it is important for us to contribute part of our success to the community and to give back.

Based on this attitude, JuCare is actively involved in various local and regional health and social projects on a voluntary basis.

JuCare and the Employees

It is certainly nothing new to realize that the greatest value of a company lies in the potential of its employees and is therefore an essential prerequisite for entrepreneurial success. We can only say with certainty that we at JuCare live this appreciation of our employees in a special and consistent way in our daily dealings with one another.

We proactively promote individual professional development and advancement and see the diversity of individual personalities and skills as a valuable and desirable resource.
We can look back on such a workforce with pride. In this context, we are also pleased to be able to recruit employees with autism and offer them attractive areas of work.

Actively and purposefully supporting employees in professional issues, disputes and crisis management is part of our daily work.
