Internal Training
Working with children and young people with autism, ADHD, Dyslexia or other developmental and behavioral disorders is challenging and varied. It requires pedagogical expertise, empathy, flexibility and a great deal of confidence. Our school inclusion staff, team leaders and autism therapists do valuable work here every day – and are constantly faced with new challenges.
This makes it all the more important for us to provide all employees with the best possible support through targeted and practical training and further education and to continuously develop their skills.
Our modular curriculum covers a wide range of topics, from disorder-specific knowledge and methods in everyday school life for our school inclusion staff to crisis intervention and leadership and coaching skills for our team leaders and practical intervention methods in everyday therapy for our autism therapists.
The content is structured in such a way that it can be transferred directly into professional practice. In this way, we strengthen confidence, independence and professionalism in supporting and promoting our clients.
Expanding Professional Expertise - Ensuring Quality
Our offer includes mandatory and optional modules that take place throughout the school year and thus enable continuous development. It is particularly important to us that participation in further training is part of regular working hours – because we do not see further training as an additional task, but as an integral part of professional work. Each module is completed with a meaningful certificate of attendance that documents the newly acquired knowledge. Through this systematic and practical training, we ensure that all JuCare employees – regardless of their role – are equipped with the tools, strategies and specialist knowledge they need to master their tasks competently, confidently and calmly. At the same time, we ensure the long-term quality of our work for the benefit of the children, adolescents and families we support.
